Zhejiang Suijin Special Casting Co., Ltd, located in the Miaogao industrial park of Suichang town is one of the most respected foundries in China.  We Specialize in all kinds of lost wax and investment castings, of carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel.  Our factory has a floor space of 33,000 square meters and another 18000 square meters of building area, which contain both the casting foundry and CNC machining areas. The two advanced lost wax casting and investment casting production lines have a capacity of 5000 tons lost wax castings and 1000 tons investment castings per year.
To complement our first class production lines and CNC machining equipment, our inspection equipment is some of the most advanced and complete in the industry.  Our inspection equipment includes Spectrometer, Metallographic Microscope, Tension Tester, Low Temperature Impact tester, X-ray tester, magnetic particle detector, UT, CMM, and more.  Using this equipment, we are able to meet our customer’s inspection requirements for chemical & physical properties, non-destructive testing and high precision geometrical dimensions inspection.
We supply products to a wide range of industries that includes automotive, maritime, petroleum machinery, agricultural machinery, construction equipment, valves, pumps, electrical machinery, hardware, power transmission, etc. To date we have produced more than 1000 different products. Up to 95% products are exported to America, Canada, France, Germany, Denmark, Britain, Japan, etc.
The compny has more than 300 employees, including 8 engineers and 50 technicians.
